ASTEC South Africa

ASTEC South Africa has received permission to enlarge their facilities. In the new enlarged factory set-up, seed cleaning will be completely separated from the seed pelleting, encrusting, coating and priming operating stations. Opening of the enlarged facilities is foreseen in November 2007.

ASTEC Global has sold their standard marker to various Chinese companies . With this standard marker, Chinese companies gain experience in marker application to protect the intellectual property of their genetics. In a later stage, specific markers will be introduced.
